Join us for a FREE family friendly event in collaboration with Kirkcudbright Galleries.

To celebrate the incredible Galloway Hoard which is currently on display at Kirkcudbright Galleries, we will be hosting a viking-themed film night.

The evening will begin with a hands-on experience with the Galloway Hoard replica collection in the Planetarium. After which there will be a screening of How To Train Your Dragon, a family favourite in which a hapless young Viking who aspires to hunt dragons becomes the unlikely friend of a young dragon himself, and learns there may be more to the creatures than he assumed.

Booking is essential.
